• Map out the central conflict that is developing over the story.
• Clarify how your characters are growing, and whether there is enough emotional punch.
• Clarify the way theme is being handled.
• And generate new plot possibilities where you may be stuck.
• Estimate the word count.
• Estimate how long it’ll take to write.

Whether you’ve designed your story on the Heroes Journey, STC, the 4 Contextual Parts, Dramatica, 22 or 5-step story structure, you’ll find this session useful to reach a constructive writing outline faster and begin putting words to paper. This workshop will also give you a good indication of any research you will need to undertake.
