Terms of sale, payment and refunds

Since any product in our catalogue is manufactured only upon you placing an order, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns under any circumstances whatsoever – except in the event a product has a print or manufacturing defect.

We only provide warrantee’s for the quality of print and binding for printed products. We unfortunately cannot warrantee any of our downloadable products.

We unfortunately cannot refund any purchases made on this website. Please contact should you have any queries before making a purchase.

From time to time, the production process does run behind schedule and, though we will notify you as to the status of your order, you agree to accepting the possibility of delays. We will however do our best to ensure you get your order on time.

Products will only be shipped on settlement of the full order, including the related shipping costs. We’ll always do our best to have your purchase in delivered in 14 days from the order-date but shipping may sometimes take up to 21 days depending on your location and your position in the order-queue.

Placing the order stands as a valid contract detailing the product(s) requested and the total cost you are liable for including post and packaging.

All sales are final and it is your responsibility to ensure the details of your order meets your satisfaction before placing the order.

You agree to use any products and information on this website at your own risk, and further indemnify White Tea Studios from any all demands, liabilities, costs, losses and claims including but not limited to attorney fees.

Licence, copyright & non-disclosure

Any product, content or design on this website can never be reproduced in any way whatsoever except with our written approval. Please feel free to contact us at info@whiteteastudios.com if you’d like to reproduce any of our content or product designs.

Failing to do so will result in prosecution.

White Tea Studios reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse to sell and supply any product on this website.

You and any third party associates agrees that, except if directed by White Tea Studios, you will not at any time during or after the term of this agreement disclose any confidential information regarding White Tea Studios. You also agree that you will not convey any confidential information about White Tea Studios or their order to another party.

Privacy policy

We respect your privacy though are obliged to collect information regarding our clients so we may process orders placed with us. You therefore allow us to collect and update your information and contact you from time to time with product updates or marketing promotions.

Interpretation

By violating any of these terms, you understand that you are in breach of this contract and can be pursued to the full extent allowable by law. White Tea Studios shall be the sole arbiter in deciding what constitutes a breach. No refunds are given in such a situation.

Should you be in violation of these terms and conditions by selling or redistributing these designs, modified or unmodified in full or in part, you are liable for payment to White Tea Studios for the equivalent cost of license fees for the templates and/or for all money collected in violation of these terms and conditions. In addition you are liable for payment to the owners of this store for any court costs, fees or damages.

Where one or more terms of this contract are held to be void or unenforceable for whatever reason, any other terms of the contract not so held will remain valid and enforceable at law.
