Once your purchase is complete, you will be sent a link to upload your logo and provide business information. We’ll make a preliminary review of your materials for your business profile and contact you to setup a 30 minute online meeting in which we’ll discuss how to present your business in your business profile, and fill in any information gaps. Thereafter you will receive a draft profile to review. Any minor revisions you suggest will be completed for you and your final profile will be emailed to you shortly thereafter.

Typically the information gathered is targeted to what your business objective is in using the business profile and to whom you’ll be presenting the profile. So, we will be asking what business value you have on offer:

- Where and how you operate,

- Your founding story and management team,
- Your awards and project experience,

- And your brand personality.

Once a draft of your profile is sent to you for review, you can suggest revisions to tweak the profile to your satisfaction. You get 1 revision cycle which included minor changes to the text and graphics. Unfortunately there no refunds on service products but we will make every effort to deliver to you a quality profile that can be used for most business objectives.
